Review by hotel critic
After an enchanting stay at Macedon Ranges Hotel & Spa, I am compelled to share my exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's culinary expertise shone brightly in their Farmhouse Muesli, a delightful blend of pure rolled oats, fruits, nuts, and seeds. This seemingly simple dish was elevated to a symphony of flavors, a perfect harmony of textures that left me savoring each bite. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally enchanting, with a cozy yet elegant setting that exuded warmth. The attentive staff added to the experience, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of impeccable. While our breakfast was delightful, I couldn't help but imagine how perfect it would have been after a morning hike in the breathtaking surroundings of Macedon Ranges. This culinary gem at the hotel is a must-visit for any food enthusiast seeking a blend of innovation and comfort in their dining experience.
